    Shivaree

    Shivaree es una banda estadounidense formada en 1999, y conformada por Ambrosia Parsley (vocalista), Danny McGough (teclados) y Duke McVinnie (guitarra).Aunque en general incluyen a varios músicos mas en los agradecimientos, y son acompañados por 2 o 3 más en las presentaciones en vivo, ninguno aparte de ellos es estable en la banda.
    Tienen producidos 3 discos hasta el momento. y se ha anunciado que sacaran un cuarto album titulado Romance Primer,Tainted Love: Mating Calls and Fight Songs a finales de Julio del 2007.
    Su canción mas conocida hasta el momento es Goodnight Moon del álbum I Oughtta Give You a Shot in the Head for Making Me Live in this Dump, usada en los créditos finales de la película Kill Bill.
    Musicalmente hablando es un grupo diferente a lo que suelo a escuchar, la mayoría de sus canciones son baladas, muy mélodicas, incluso nostalgicas, muy acordes con la voz de la vocalista.
    Como ya se imaginaran, a este grupo los conoci por la película de Kill Bill, y sus discos son muy recomendables, no son muy exitosos de momento, pero son un grupo bastante agradable.
